1. Shipping Policy
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, South Korea, Japan, South America, and Africa. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your handmade items arrive safely.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 7 to 30 business days, depending on your location. Some regions may experience longer transit times due to local customs or logistics.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the selected shipping method.
- Taxes & Duties: Please note that shipping costs do not include any applicable import taxes or sales taxes required by your local government.
2. Returns and Exchanges
Order Cancellation
- Standard Items: If your order has not yet been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Customized Items: You may cancel a custom order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the production process begins, and we can no longer accept cancellations or changes.
Customized & Personalized Products
Due to the highly personalized nature of our custom clay products, we do not offer returns or refunds for customized items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check all spelling and customization details before finalizing your order.
Non-Customized (In-Stock) Items
For non-customized products, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please note:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition.
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to cover the labor and materials involved in preparing our specialty products.
3. Quality Assurance & Issues
The Beauty of Handmade: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color and shape are inevitable. These minor differences are what make each piece unique and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Missing Items: If your order is incomplete or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
